1. Return Eligibility

Customers may submit a return request within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition;
• Be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other items supplied with the product;
• Include the original invoice, receipt, or valid proof of purchase; and
• Not show signs of misuse, installation, modification, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

2. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers may be required to provide photographs or videos of the product, packaging, and relevant defects to assist us in reviewing the claim.

Once the claim has been verified, GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD. may, as appropriate:

• Replace the affected product;
• Exchange it for the correct product; or
• Provide a refund where replacement or exchange is not reasonably available.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:

• Products that have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery;
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, or negligence;
• Customised, specially ordered, or project-specific products;
• Clearance, promotional, or final-sale products where stated at the time of purchase;
• Consumable products that have been opened or used;
• Products without valid proof of purchase; or
• Products that are no longer in their original condition due to reasons unrelated to a product defect.

This does not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Change of Mind

Returns due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, incorrect size, or products no longer being required are subject to approval by GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD.

Where approved, the customer may be responsible for the return delivery or transportation costs.

Original delivery charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD. or an eligible defective/damaged product claim.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your request.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method or another method agreed upon by GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD. and the customer.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the customer's bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or payment provider.

6. Warranty Claims

Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's or brand owner's warranty.

Where applicable, warranty claims will be subject to the respective manufacturer's or brand owner's warranty terms and conditions.

Customers should retain their original invoice or proof of purchase for warranty purposes.

GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD. may assist customers with the warranty claim process where reasonably possible, but approval of manufacturer warranty claims remains subject to the relevant manufacturer's or brand owner's assessment.

7. Return Delivery

Customers should contact us and obtain approval before returning any product.

Products returned without prior communication or approval may not be accepted.

Unless the return is due to an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product supplied by GEMILANG TECH RESOURCES SDN. BHD., return delivery and transportation costs may be borne by the customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.

8. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are subject to approval and may not be possible once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, specially ordered, or prepared according to the customer's requirements.

If an approved cancellation involves transaction fees, delivery charges, special-order costs, or other non-recoverable expenses already incurred, such amounts may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.
